Taizhou Huangyan Wanhao Mould Factory, which is the member of Huangyan Mould Associations, is a large and medium-sized enterprise specialized in the manufacture of precision plastic injection moulds.

Our company has more than 230 staffs now. Among them, 40 are designers and 100 are middle and high class technical personnel specializing in moulds and designing. 50 personnel master in operating on CNC and EDM. We own 12 sets of CNC machining tools, 6 sets of EDM forming machines, 6 sets of wire cutting machines, 5 sets of rocker arm drilling machines, 16 sets of mould processing and trial equipment and 28 computers and so on. A CAD/CAM/CAE integrated flow system has been established for the whole design and manufacture process, which has greatly improved the precision of moulds and shortened the manufacturing cycle. Moreover, DELL-MITE flexible coordinating measuring machines from USA are adopted to ensure reversal design of moulds and manufacturing quality.

In the last few years, our factory has designed and made hundreds sets of moulds for several automobile components factories, including Dongfeng of Erqi Motors,Shanghai Volkswagen, Changhe Automobiles, Shuanhuan Automobiles, Aurora Automobiles and Futian of Beiqi Automobiles, etc.

Our factory has gained ISO9001:2000 quality certification.
